• The venue is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or other accidents arising during activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the operator.

• All visitors are required to follow instructions from staff and comply with safety rules.

Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are only valid after successful prepayment or by arrangement with staff.

• Late arrivals will not result in extended playtime.

• Cancellations or modifications are allowed according to the current cancellation policy (for example, up to 24 hours before the booked time).

• By making a payment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Conduct in the Hall

• Keep the hall and courts clean – use the provided bins.

• Only permitted sports (beach soccer, tennis, volleyball, or other approved activities) may be played on the courts.

• Glass containers, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited in the hall.

• Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

• Pets are only permitted with prior approval from management.

• Minor violations or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Safety and Health

• Ensure your health condition is suitable for physical activity before training or playing.

• Warm up before playing and stay hydrated.

• Notify staff immediately of any hazardous situations or faulty equipment.

• First aid is located at the reception and in the kitchenette.

Equipment and Venue Use

• Use the venue’s equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

• Report all damages to staff immediately.

• Users are responsible for damaged or lost equipment.

• Personal equipment storage is at your own risk.

Training and Events

• Trainers and event organisers are responsible for the safe conduct of their groups.

• Events hosted by the venue may limit access for regular visitors.

• Photographs and videos may only be taken with management approval or participant consent.

Venue Rights

• BeachGroup OÜ reserves the right to modify rules and prices, publishing updates on the website or social media.

• The venue may refuse service to individuals who breach these rules.

• Photographs or videos taken in the venue may be used for marketing materials with participant consent.
