Groups are divided by skill level, with a maximum of 6–8 players each. If the right group for you is full, fill in the form anyway — we’ll open new groups whenever possible.
Training schedule
A, B, and C indicate skill level (A = highest). Beginners is a separate group for newcomers.

Skill levels
explained
Level C - Beginner/Recreational

Basic skills are acquired. The ball stays in play, but the game is not yet smooth.
Level B - Intermediate

Good ball control. Both attacks and blocks are used, and simple mistakes are rare.
Level A - Advanced

Excellent ball handling and clear game logic. The player has a wide range of skills and is capable of competing at the Estonian Cup level.
